The Playa Provides is a listing platform only. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any gear listed. Users interact, borrow, and lend at their own total risk.

2. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Playa Provides and its creators from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of gear obtained through this platform, including but not limited to equipment failure, injury, or loss of property.

3. "As-Is" Clause

All items are provided "as-is" in the spirit of gifting and radical self-reliance. No warranties, express or implied, are provided by the platform or the lenders.
